These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of exclusivestuff.store and to purchases made from Exclusive Stuff, operated by Profit Sales.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

We operate an online store offering various consumer products. Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, services, prices or promotions, subject to existing orders and applicable law.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colours, images and other information as accurately as possible.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device. Minor differences that do not affect the essential characteristics or conformity of a product may occur.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the agreement.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated during the shopping and checkout process.

The total price payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed before you complete your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. Where applicable under law, the purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, payment failure or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Processing and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific binding delivery date has been expressly agreed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These provisions do not limit any statutory rights you may have in relation to late or failed delivery.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our voluntary return period allows eligible returns to be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

8. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.

Products must conform to the purchase agreement and meet the requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and agreements with Exclusive Stuff / Profit Sales are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, you may bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under the mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules applicable to you.
